ABOUT THE POSITION.

In the Senior Quantity Surveyor position, you will manage a range of projects at any given time, and play a large part in the management of the team, as well as developing the business and securing new work. You will bring new work in and increase the Client list and project portfolio.

DUTIES.

This position will include and not be limited to: 

• Administration duties 
• Manage a team of qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyors 
• Client and stakeholder management 
• Cost planning and estimating 
• Networking and business development

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Strong local industry experience and market understanding
• Strong network base and industry contacts
• Ability to bring substantial work to the business
• Relevant tertiary qualification to Construction Management
• AIQS and/or RICS accreditation 
• Strong CostX and/or BuildSoft knowledge
