Boosting a high level of detail in all projects they have completed to date, Jaytex take pride in working with investors and developers from the planning stages ensuring that the concepts are impressive and well considered for the current property market. Jaytex has demonstrated that they don’t look to replicate existing concepts but are intuitive to future need and work on delivering to these requirements.
Your new role
Joining their successful team you will be responsible for preparing tenders (with the support of site construction personnel) and controlling the cost of construction projects, including commercial, ultra-high-end residential and civil projects. This role will see you use your experience to support Jaytex's projects and ensure the success and profitability of them. You must be a professional in all of your day to day dealings and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships within the group and externally.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you will be a graduate with a relative construction degree with senior experience and a desire to join a company who wants you to develop into a high achieving estimator. You would be a current experienced estimator looking for something that little bit different, a company who invests in you and your professional development with future ability to control what you earn and invest back into the company. You must be professional and motivated with high level communication skills, the ability to learn and a desire to succeed. Experience within a leading Tier 2 contractor would be advantageous
