Our client are a well-known organisation operating successfully in Canberra for many years. Due to growth within the organisation an identified opportunity for a Project Director to come on board and develop their own team has become a crucial need.

Description

Your role will be managing the project delivery team specialising in fitout projects with the Canberra market. You will be directly responsible for:

• Growth and development of successful projects delivery team
• Identifying and creating business development opportunities locally
• Fostering existing relationships to ensure repeat opportunities
• Successful high quality delivery of multiple fitout projects
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with both Government and Private Sector

Profile

The successfully applicant will be highly respected within the Canberra market as a proven professional of high quality project delivery. The successful candidate will need relevant experience within the construction fitout space, liaising with government and private stakeholders as well as excellent emotional intelligence to grow and foster a team to success.
