Our client is a well established residential builder that has won multiple awards through ensuring quality builds and client satisfaction and they are in a new phase of growth across all their business units. They have got excellent systems / procedures in place and are a very well organised outfit. At present they are looking for an experienced Sales Estimator to join their team working from their Northern Gold Coast head office. 

Reporting to the Estimating Manager your day to day duties will include but not be limited to : 

• Creating the Job Database in Databuild by copying and transferring the selected Master BOQ.
• Creating fixed price house and land packages
• Ensure delivered sales files are in accordance with QA guidelines and timelines to allow for the effective and prompt estimation of projects
• Deliver computer generated sales estimates containing forecast margins at not less than nominated margins included in the standard product price list.
• Provide estimating support for client variations.
• Providing internal support for stakeholders e.g Sales Consultants
• Amending the selected Master BOQ in the Job Database in accordance with the client requested variations and the associated documentation.
• Pricing of confirmation or Contract documents

Experience of the Estimator 

• 3 - 5 years' experience in Sales Estimating 
• High level proficiency with Databuild software
• Must have a volume residential construction background
• Undergoing or completed a building diploma, or
• A qualified trades-person preferred.
