Within the Australian market the JLL Project & Development Services team provide development management, project planning, feasibility, procurement, design and construction management services to a premium client base across the commercial, retail, hotel, government, defence and industrial property sectors.
As a result of new business wins we are now seeking a Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join a leading practice that operates in each mainland capital of Australia as part of a coordinated national service offering. These will initially be 6-month fixed term contracts, however, permanent opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
What this job involves
The projects are many and varied, including variations in project dollar value, complexity, and locations. Project categories include Fitouts & Refurbishments for both Tenants and Landlords in Commercial, Retail, lndustrial, Hospitality and Education.
We can provide you the opportunity to learn & broaden your skill set and experience in a dynamic team environment. Managing tight deadlines, working autonomously, providing timely accurate reports and effectively managing a variety of stakeholders are all critical aspects of this role.

You’ll be tertiary qualified or from a construction background and now want a new challenge. You should be able to demonstrate relevant experience within the construction/project management field across a range of project sectors, with contract administration experience essential. Experience with commercial fitout work highly favourable
Equally important are superior communication skills, building & fostering successful relationships with your clients as well as your resilience & ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
