Not being one of the largest volume builders in Melbourne, they benefit from a responsive environment where management have their finger on the pulse and can make the necessary changes for constant improvement.

With work booming, they now require someone to come in and run a number of homes within a manageable footprint within Melbourne's west (Point Cook to Digger's Rest):  
Reporting to the building manager, you will mainly be: 
• Managing the overall site performance of a number of homes 
• Improving site production by managing trades 
• Ensuring compliance with cost management, OH&S and PM practices
• Maintaining a high-functioning team culture

What you'll bring:
• Experience as a home Site Manager (ideally 1-3+ years with a volume builder)
• Strong organisational skills plus knowledge of building/OH&S regulations
• Experience in managing various building trades - including conflict resolution skills 
• A positive attitude with cracking communication skills
• Capable leading hands with relevant experience will also be considered
