Highly regarded National Developer Builder, Morris Property Group, requires a Site Manager with the capability to work on Residential & Commercial projects ranging from $20M to $80M on the Gold Coast QLD.
Morris Property Group is about to commence another multi-unit hi-rise residential development on the Gold Coast and is looking for an experienced Site Manager to be responsible for the overall management, performance and successful delivery of this project.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager your key responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate and manage each stage of the project with consultants, authorities, contractors and construction team for successful & timely delivery of the project.
- Establish and maintain the project management plan and ensure its implementation throughout the project.
- Monitor, assist and resolve site safety concerns inclusive of quality and environmental.
- Direct on site operations, ordering of materials, site programming and site meetings.
- Resolve construction and design detailing issues as they arise.
- Maintain and review the construction program to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor, review and report periodically on progress against program to upper management.
- Consult and liaise with all contractors, authorities, service providers and neighbours.
- Ensure delivery of a high quality end product without defects.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role as Site Manager for multi-unit hi-rise projects in Australia
- Qualifications in building and construction management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as computer skills.
