Mobile Quarry Operators
Mawsons Concrete and Quarries is a family-run business that produces quality construction materials throughout Northern Victoria and Southern N.S.W. We have two separate full time Quarry Operator roles available in our Mobile Quarry team providing coverage in the Echuca/Bendigo and Kerang regions.
Position 1 – Mobile Operator
Main duties include operating an excavator, front end loader, crushing and screening plant. You will be engaged with a small team performing operational activities and general tasks of the mobile quarry unit. A car license is essential and you will be required to work away from home on occasional basis. Excavator/FEL experience is essential and other similar industry experience will be well regarded.
Position 2 - Mobile Driller
Duties are to operate a track mounted hammer drill across our quarry group including associated tasks. You will be required to work away from home on an occasional basis. Someone with drilling experience or general mobile equipment experience, with good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn, is invited to apply.
Both roles require attention to detail to your work and reasonable literacy and administration skills. You will need a commitment to safety and quality and value effective teamwork. Attractive wage rates and work vehicles are on offer for both of these diverse and rewarding roles.
