About the company:
 
Our client, a fast-growing high end residential construction company, is looking for a young, dynamic and enthusiastic Estimator-Residential/Commercial to start with them on their prestigious luxury and sustainable projects located in Melbourne.

This particular role has unlimited growth.
                                                    
Duties & Responsibilities (Not Limited)

• Full estimating duties
• Full estimating Costing plans and BOQs, within budgeted timelines
• Preparing of all estimates in accordance with the design and tender and building process
• Manage all pricing and margins
• Work with construction team on tenders BOQs and pricing

 
Skills & Experience & Qualification

• Must have at 3- 4 years Estimating experience in the VIC Market
• Must have solid estimating experience in some of the following industries: High Rise Residential, Commercial, Education, Hospitality and industrial projects
• Relevant qualification will be of great advantage.
• Must have a proven and solid track record
