Your new role
You will be responsible for the overall planning, execution and control of construction, installation and over accountability for site activities including OH&S. You will overview the management of subcontractors and suppliers and provide support and information for the project manager on construction related progress and issues. You will show expertise in forecasting, budgets, programs and company policies and procedures. This role would suit a well-seasoned Technical Construction Manager who has vast experience within Renewable's.
What you'll need to succeed
Some of the key requirements and skills for the role are outlined below:
- Experience as a Construction Manager with large scale Renewables projects
- Ability to coordinate activities of the project team and personnel
- Strong verbal, written and building client relationships is a must for this position
- Ensure the construction team comply with systems and procedures according to regulations and company policies
- Be able to liaise between the field and project teams successfully
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Engineering is an advantage
