Our client is a reputable multi-residential construction firm, specialising in boutique and high end apartments. With strong ties to a major Melbourne developer, they have secured multiple new sites (200 Million Dollar Pipeline) and are looking to add to their head count. 

About your new role:

• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
• Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
• Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
• Move into a project management role within 12 months

About you:

•  Experience working on complex construction projects, ideally in excess of $10 million
• Strong and proven track record on major residential construction projects 
• Proven background with an Australian construction company at the level of contracts administrator
• Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting or QS or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
