A long established commercial landscape contractor for over 40 years based in both Brisbane and Sydney.
Supervisors / Foremen
The roles: HL Landscapes is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Supervisors and Foreman to join our Landscape construction team. Successful applicants will require the following skills:
Essential skills required
- Drivers Licence & Construction Card
- Experience on large civil landscaping construction projects
- Strong people management skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to interpret plans and drawings relevant to the entire project
- Ability to program multiple work sites including subcontractors
- Attend site co-ordination meetings and reporting
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to work closely with Head contractor to ensure project runs to schedule & budget
- Effective communication skills with clients, suppliers and team members
- Construction contract management: Quality control, QHS&R, Environmental, ITP's, SWMS, scope contract and price variations.
Advantageous but not essential
- Bobcat & Excavator licence
- First aid certificate
- HR Truck Licence
