We are currently seeking an Urban Designer to commence work on a range of projects throughout Melbourne. Our client is a reputable industry leader in the planning and development of various construction projects.

As a result of sustained growth, our client is searching for a professional individual to fill this permanent position at their Melbourne head office. To be successful you will have 4+ years’ experience in similar roles as well as possessing an innate knowledge of industry trends. You will need to have gained experience using AutoCAD at an advanced level along with a track record of dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders from government bodies to residential clients. 

In this role you will undertake the design development of various plans including conceptual and master designs for housing and commercial estates. It will be required of you to prepare AutoCAD drawings from hand drawn concepts and consulting with council along with other relevant parties to gather information relevant to projects. You will also need to provide direction and leadership to the Graduate Urban Designers in your team.
