Your new position
**Please note this is a temporary position through to end June 2019**
As the project officer, you will use your skills and experience to assist and support Project Manager/s with the successful delivery of infrastructure asset improvement projects through all aspects of allocated projects to ensure targets are met.
This is an exciting time at Seqwater, as we embed our new Vision and Values. Reporting to the Principal Project Manager, we are looking for a Project Officer who can:
- Work alongside Project Managers to assist with and support the effective delivery of projects within the capital infrastructure program.
- Provide administrative and project management support to Project Managers to achieve productive delivery.
- Assist with and support project governance and management activities, including forecasting, scheduling, procurement, risk management and reporting for projects under management.
- Gain a full understanding of and assist Project Manager/s with reporting requirements, forecasts, schedules and system updates
About you
To see you succeed in this values-led organisation you will have a great approach to supporting a team of project managers.
- Achievement of or progress towards recognised Project Management qualifications are desirable.
- Qualifications in Engineering or similar will be well regarded.
- Class C Driver’s Licence.
- Knowledge and experience of water infrastructure and treatment systems.
- Sound knowledge and/or experience of the principles and processes involved in managing the successful delivery of projects and work packages.

This position has been graded in accordance with Seqwater's EBA as an AO5 with a salary of $85,824.71 plus up to 12.75% superannuation
