The Opportunity

We are chasing an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to our South Australian construction projects.  Your role will involve the provision of support to the project team in the preparation and execution during the procurement of subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and maintaining project costings and forecasting including variations
  • Issue sub contract work orders and purchase orders
  • Ensure all project costs are captured and that purchase ordering and receipting processes are effective and timely
  • Ensure all relevant project/job information is passed on to the Project Managers in a timely manner
  • Administer and maintain project records and ensure project files hold complete project records

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of assisting project teams to deliver construction, developments and renovations within agreed timelines and within budget
  • Experience in cost saving processes to increase profitability of projects
  • Evidence of methodical and detailed project management administration
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement both internally and externally
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
