NT Bitumen & Asphalt provide a range of quality services in the road construction and maintenance area.  We are leaders in the asphalt and bitumen surfacing industry and have experienced considerable growth over the past few years. 

Must have the following 

• Extensive operational understanding of both sprayed sealing and asphalt applications.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills 
• Able to quote both sprayed sealing and asphalt work
• Mechanically minded 
• Understanding of paver operations 
• Understanding of Sprayer Truck Operations 
• Sprayer driever experience would be preferred
• Rake hand, experience
• Drivers Licence Required HR HC or MC and advantage
• Aggregate Spreader experience
• White Card 
• Supervising both Sprayed Seal and Asphalt Crews 
• Ensuring Health and Safety Standards carried out 
• Undertaking Toolbox Meetings 
• Ensuring all correct equipment is organised to carry out scope of works
• Computer Literate

The role will be hands on, so the applicant must be physically fit and able to pass a drug and alcohol screening should they be required.
