About the role
The role of 'Supervisor' is to provide adequate supervision in accordance with the plans and specification for the work set out in the contract between the builder and client. Providing customer service to clientele and ensure the construction of our homes is of a high standard.
The position requires regular liaison with the administration team, accounts department and general management.
The key responsibility of this position is to oversee the construction process from commencement to completion, ensuring that the set build times, quality finishes and budgets are achieved.

Skills and experience
To be eligible for this position, you need to have:
- QBCC Builders or Supervisors licence
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Awareness of the National Construction Code and related standards (Class 1 and 10)
- Current drivers licence
- Exceptional customer service skills and be well presented
- Organisational and interpersonal skills
- A commercial approach to building
