A perfect opportunity has presented itself with a Perth based Residential home builder for this long term secure role.
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance specialist from a similar quality residential building company that can co-ordinate and meet clients with their building maintenance requirements. this is hands on role and you will be required to be a "jack of all trades" You will also be responsible to co-ordinate trades for any rectification work that is out of your scope or level of expertise you will be required and ensure that the client has total satisfaction with their complete building experience, as well as follow up on the maintenance workmanship and quality.
Ideally you will be in a similar role now and looking to move to a builder that cares about their clients.You will enjoy successfully working both autonomously and within a team environment, and pride yourself on functioning in an organised and structured manner. Importantly you must be well presented, friendly and extremely confident in your own ability.
Ideally the successful candidate will possess all of the following skills and attributes.
- Immaculate presentation and manners a must.
- Trade background with excellent painting skills.
- Abily to perform a mustitude of building maintenance work at a high standard
- excellent construction knowledge.
- good written and especially good verbal communication skills.
- Client focused
- Self starter and able to work unsupervised.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a multi-task environment.
You will be provided with a vehicle, with all the tools to do the job.
