This reputable boutique Commercial Builder have experienced year on year growth and are consistently developing. They deliver a diverse range of projects including Education, Health, Commercial, and Institutional circa $3 - 30M. With continuous strategies in place to expand, a position now exists for an experienced Construction Site Manager to join the team in Victoria’s fastest growing regional city, Geelong.
Your new role
Reporting to a Construction Manager, you will work in partnership with a Project Manager to coordinate the successful delivery of a multi-million dollar health project in the Geelong area. Primarily, you will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing OH&S, ensuring quality workmanship whilst adhering to deadlines and timeframes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience successfully delivering end to end Construction projects on-site.
- Previous experience site managing projects up in the $3-30M range.
- Strong leadership and performance management skills with direct site staff as well as sub-contractors.
- Exposure to multiple commercial construction project types e.g. Aged Care, Health, Education, Retail, and Office.
- Construction trade background
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Proven ability to hit deadlines whilst delivering quality.
- Current working rights for Victoria
- Australia Current driver’s license
