For over 25 years my client have developed their reputation as one of the most reputable Tier 2 Commercial builders in Australia. Based in Melbourne’s CBD, this company specialize in the delivery of Commercial projects across new build and fit out circa $100M. This organisation pride themselves on their innovative technologies and sourcing the best way to build. Due to the boom in the commercial construction market, a position has been created for a Contract Administrator on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of scope of works, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules
  • Progress claims and variations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Administration of RFI’s to clients, consultants and architects



What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualification relevant to Construction
  • Proven experience in a Contract Administrator role in Australia (interstate candidates welcome)
  • A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors
  • An attitude which reflects our clients culture which is positive and solutions focused
