Your new company
Our client are a National Tier 2 Commercial Builder who have experienced significant year on year growth and have just had several projects drop. They deliver a diverse range of projects including Education, Health, Commercial, Institutional and Retail projects circa $60M+. Due to these recently awarded projects, a position now exists for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a 30 + bed Aged Care project in Caulfield.
Your new role
- Responsible for 30+ bed Aged Care facility in Caulfield
- Conducting toolbox meetings
- Ensuring OH&S standards and quality adhered to
- Coordination of trades on site
- Working alongside your Project Manager to ensure smooth operations on site
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Site Manager role in Melbourne is essential
- Must have previous experience in the delivery of Commercial projects
- Must have worked for a head contractor
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to construction / trade qualified
- Strong attention to detail and natural leadership skills
