ABOUT THE BUSINESS.
Greater Construction Services (Greater) is a Canberra based construction company servicing the east coast of Australia for the delivery of commercial interior fit outs and external facades. We have a wide-ranging experience from general construction to all types of interior and exterior finishes from internal plasterboard linings to aluminium composite panels.

ABOUT THE ROLE.
As a Project Manager you will report directly to the Operations Manager. You will oversee the delivery of a diverse range of commercial fitout, façade, window and door projects valued up to $15m. This role will involve assisting in the management of the daily operations, and overseeing the delivery of the company's ACT projects. This opportunity would suit a Project Manager previously working with a Facade or interiors Contractor, seeking career progression.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Previous Project Management experience on commercial fitout/minor works
- Exposure to façade projects
- Window and door experience is advantageous
- Understand industry legislation and specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
