Due to our success and business growth, we are looking for an experienced Structural Administrator to join our team.
  
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:  
  • Booking initial inspections for structural warranty customers
  • Managing inspector’s diaries
  • Attending homes to take floor levels when required and forwarding to inspectors.
  • Preparing write ups for scope of works to be completed.
  • Preparing structural reports. 
  • Sending work orders to trades.
  • Updating details on CRM and monitor spread sheet.
  • Collating job numbers for management reports every month.
  • Emailing reports to management on a weekly basis
  • Maintaining relationships with clients
To be successful, you will possess:  
  • Experience in the building industry, preferably within a residential volume builder
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve manage conflict.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills including Outlook.
  • Previous use of a CRM, database or related system
