ABOUT US
ADW Johnson is a multidisciplinary development Services Company with a total staff of approximately 85 between offices located in Sydney, Central Coast and Warners Bay of New South Wales. These roles are expected to be from primarily the Central Coast (Tuggerah) office, or the Sydney Office, though it is anticipated you would spend time on project sites .

ABOUT THE ROLES
We are looking for a Site Superintendent.
You will primarily be involved in performing the role of Superintendency under a variety of standard contracts (typically modified AS2124 or AS4000) on roads, subdivision and civil infrastructure projects.
We have a significant pipeline of projects in construction or about to start, across Sydney, Central Coast, and Newcastle regions. Ideally, you will be located near the Central Coast and be willing to travel to the other locations.
You will be required to:
- Arrange and chair site meetings;
- Issue all forms of contractual correspondence, including assessing claims;
- Have a solid understanding of construction practices and be able to direct work in the field;
- Work with the design team to resolve RFI’s;
- Work with Council and other stakeholders;
- Keep detailed site records;
- Undertake site inspections. Experience in water and sewer inspections would be highly regarded;
- Assess Contract Inspection and Test Plans, Safe Work method Statement, programs and construction programs;
- Travel to site.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To apply for this role, you will have either:
- 3 or more years in a similar role;
- Have qualifications in civil construction (Engineering/Construction Management or similar);
- Experience as a site supervisor.
