My client is a major and highly respected commercial fit-out specialist, who undertake projects throughout Australia.

They are looking for a Senior Estimator/Estimating Manager with approximately 5 years construction experience to join their team in Melbourne.

• Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 plus super (Depending on experience)
• Project Values: $2,500,000 - $10,000,000
• Projects: Fit-Out projects across a range of markets

My client is seeking a Senior Estimator/Estimating Manager who will be employed to estimate commercial fit-out projects throughout Melbourne. You must:

• Have at least 5 years’ experience as an Estimator in Construction.
• Be confidently able to learn and use IT packages
• Be a driven team player, ambitious to rise to senior levels as a career estimator and mentor others
• Understand how construction methods impact on costs
