They require a Site Manager of the highest standing to deliver a complex, technically challenging, logistically difficult Iconic Brisbane Development. You will have delivered similarly sized jobs in Australia, you will be an expert in delivery, you will be a leader, a motivator and an innovator, you will be top of your game and in return you will be paid industry best package and benefits, working in a business that is expanding and forging a real reputation of one of the best contractors to work for in Brisbane.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Tertiary education in Building Construction / Project Management preferable
- Proven experience in a similar role and a proven success in delivering a wide range of commercial building projects from $50m - $100m
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate fellow staff
- Passionate about construction
- Sound technical and contractual knowledge
