• Large Mixed-Use Development - $200m +

A leading builder / developer is currently recruiting for an experienced leading hand

Your new company

• This leading builder require a Leading Hand to join their team on a mixed use $280m development
• Established Tier Two builder with an excellent site team in place
• They have an excellent career development plan in place and you can expect to quickly move up through the ranks

Your new role

• Leading Hand required to work alongside one of the teams general foremen in delivering the structures
• You will be joining the team with three years left to run on the project
• Initially you will be tasked with running the structures before eventually moving onto the finishes as the project progresses

What you'll need to succeed

• In order to be successful in your application, you will either be trade or degree qualified and previous site experience within a main contractor is a MUST!
• You will ideally have some setting experience, the ability to read drawings and supervise a team of subcontractors.
• You will be confident in your abilities and also be motivated into progressing your career forward.
