The Role
  
As a Cost Planner with this business you will be supported, mentored, and rewarded. This builder rarely goes to market for roles as they promote from within and give you every opportunity to follow your chosen career path! You will work in a medium-sized team and be responsible for tenders, take-offs, reviewing and submitting tenders, cost planning and subcontractor maintenance.
  
Is this you?

• A strong understanding of the QLD construction market
• Recent and relevant experience working for a Tier 2 builder
• Evidence of tenure in your career
• Be capable of putting entire bids of $10-30M+ together
