Due to our ongoing continual improvement strategies, Enviropacific has identified the need for a motivated quality professional to support the function’s engagement with the operational business and project divisions, while fostering the connection between the elements of our Strategic Plan and delivery processes.

You will be a confident and accomplished quality professional with experience in the definition and development of project management and delivery processes and assisting project teams in the understanding and compliance with management systems and project delivery requirements.

Role Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the execution of the Quality elements of the HSEQ Strategy.
  • Liaise with project leaders on the development and continual improvement of IMS processes.
  • Facilitate the consultation with key projects to develop effective and consistent delivery of procedures for the business.
  • Assist project teams in the identification and mitigation of Quality and Process risks.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and support to project delivery teams to understand and implement the requirements of the organisation’s IMS.
  • Support the execution of the Audit and Assurance regime by undertaking system and compliance audits across the company's operations.

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Quality or Assurance roles, preferably in a process engineering, remediation or major project environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline or Quality Assurance.
  • Recognised qualifications and experience in Quality Systems Auditing.
  • Experience with cloud-based project or construction management software will be highly regarded.
  • High level computer literacy.
  • Facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Drivers Licence and Construction Induction card.
  • Willingness for occasional intra and inter state travel
