About you
You are a well-presented, qualified builder or supervisor who wants a new challenge or next step in your career. You may want to get off the tools or step away from running your own show to bring a bit more stability in hours and income back into your life.
You are a competitive, team player in the business of people and service delivery. You want to give the best experience possible. You thrive off busy event periods handling large volume and use business as usual periods to upskill and develop yourself further. Smashing your KPIs is something you do consistently which excites you and visual performance outcomes with your success being quickly and openly recognised and rewarded is something you appreciate.
You know very well what it's like working under budgets and you have a strong understanding of market rates. Your knowledge of the building standards and tolerances are up to date and this is an area you stay on top of.
You are tech savvy and have mastered the art of using programs such as Outlook and Word. You have even used company specific programs such as CMS. You are confident answering and making calls, speaking with a variety of stakeholders having an assortment of conversations. You are confident to make decisions and back yourself and your performance.
Your supervisory skills are top shelf and you are able to manage your process and time well. You are quick to build a genuine rapport with trades as well as home owners and insurers and you are experienced dealing with disputes when required.
