Bondi Landscapes continues to grow and has developed into a comprehensive design and construct landscape company. We are a young team of qualified landscapers with an in-house Landscape Architect.
We are looking for an experienced Landscaper with Construction Site Management skills to join our team. You will be working mainly in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
The Site Manager position offers significant career development opportunities for a manager that can bring excellent and comprehensive trade skills to our team.
A site manager needs to be able to contribute in planning and coordinating each job, organise site works, materials and staff and be responsible for site works and safety. The site foreman will need to communicate with the construction foreman and the director.

Candidate must have the below skills:
- Minimum Certificate III in Landscape Construction or relevant construction qualification experience
- Five years or more prior work as Leading Hand on residential landscaping projects
- Strong attention to detail and quality finishes in all areas of landscape construction
- Comprehensive knowledge/skills in all masonry works, carpentry and paving.
- Soft scape skills, plant knowledge and understanding
- Able to read and interpret site and construction plans
- A strong understanding of safety and compliance procedures
- Drivers License/Any relevant machinery experience/tickets
- White card
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- Able to Manage daily/weekly material requirements for ongoing site works
- Team leader and staff driven experience a must
- Liaise and build rapport with clients to ensure expectations are met all contractual agreements are adhered to
- Goal driven and motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
- Well presented with excellent phone manner
