A Senior Project Manager job to deliver capital, building, civil and landscape projects, paying up to $68/hr

Your new company
A Local Government Municipality in Melbourne's North, is seeking a Landscape Project Manager to oversee multiple capital works projects from end-to-end, including new build and redevelopment works up to $800k in value.

Your new role
In this role you will be required to oversee multiple capital works projects from end to end, including:

  • Building projects, irrigation projects, sporting pavilions, toilet blocks, playgrounds, open spaces, civil works and leisure projects
  • Preparing and evaluating tenders
  • Engaging with consultants and contractors
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Overseeing construction
  • Completing and preparing reports

What you'll need to succeed
To experience success in this role, you must:

  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Have a qualification in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Architecture or related field
  • Have demonstrated experience in delivering a wide range of capital works projects
  • Be proactive, and willing to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively with others
