A client-side Project Management consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team. This business has expanded across Australia and now has 4 offices, with over 50 full-time staff. Projects will include Residential, Hotels, Retail and Government and will range in size from $200,000 to over $200m. As a Project Manager, you will manage the delivery of multiple projects to strict budgets and timeframes, whilst assisting in the development of junior staff.

Your main responsibilities:

• Project scheduling, monitoring project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
• Manage project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flow and preliminary schedules
• Ensure client’s needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Assist with the management of the overall construction program

You will be / have:

• Degree qualified in a relevant field of study
• Previous Residential project management experience preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and develop external relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
