Trade qualified carpenter looking to move in to Estimating
Estimator sought by one of NSW leading residential volume builders.
This is an opportunity for a Carpenter to join and work within a successful and established team and move in to an office based Estimating Role.
It is essential that applicants have domestic building experience, are commercially astute and are computer literate.
This Role Reports directly to the Estimating Team Leader and is an opportunity to work alongside some of the more talented individuals in Sydney.
Duties of the Estimator include:
This is an opportunity for a Carpenter to join and work within a successful and established team and move in to an office based Estimating Role.

- Provide accurate sales and production estimates for tenders
- Provide quotations and pricing support for the sales team
- Produce fixed price quotations
- Report margin expectations
- apply pricing appropriately to variations
To be successful in this role you must have the following credentials
