About the Role:
This is a role where you will be working on a range of tasks reporting to and being mentored by the Director of the company. With this guidance, training and mentorship you'll will be able to fast track your career and work your way into a Project Management role in no time!

Duties:

Source & compare subcontractor & supplier quotes,
Write up a scope of works
Prepare of costs/performance/budget reports
Maintain solid relationships with all stakeholders
Be involved with the full life cycle of the project
Award and manage subcontracts
Administer contract variations
Assist the Project Manager
Adhere to WHS policies and procedures
YOU MUST HAVE TERTIARY QUALIFICATIONS IN CONSTRUCTION
You must have be available 5 days a week
A clear passion and drive for building is also a must
