HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager- Medium sized mechanical contractor

Based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne this medium sized company has been delivering quality projects to the commercial air conditioning industry consistently for the last 15+ years.
With over 70 years worth of industry experience between the three owners one can see why they have such a highly regarded reputation for delivering high quality design and construct projects. They also employ an experienced service team and are therefore able to provide complete turnkey solutions to clients in the commercial air conditioning industry.
Your new role
Due to recent expansion in the company an exciting opportunity for an Experienced HVAC Project Manager has recently become available. You will be working on a range of projects within the commercial sector including Hospitals, Schools and large aged care facilities. Reporting to the Director you will oversee all aspects of day to day operations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be highly experienced within a similar role in the past- Ideally working with a Tier one or tier two mechanical contractor and must be familiar with all relevant Australian building codes and regulations. You will also have to have all the necessary attributes to succeed as a successful HVAC Project Manager.
