$60k - $70k + super

This company is known for their family-first culture, long tenures and stability for their staff. They build around 40 custom home renovations a year and have a role available with training provided.

Flexible work hours around family life, your own office, progression into Project or Site Management roles and right across from the train station.

Your role as the Estimator:

BOQs, purchase orders, invoicing, excel
Compiling preliminary pricing and preparing accurate base cost for projects
Prepare tenders, assist with pricing requests and generate accurate base costs for projects
Liaising with the Operations Manager and the external suppliers/subcontractors

What you need to fulfill the Estimating role:

Excellent attitude to learn
Building knowledge required
Trade certificate - Carpentry preferred
Great communication skills
