This award winning Tier 2 Contractor established for over 40 years with a national presence and an impressive portfolio of blue chip repeat clients is looking to invest in grassroots succession planning.

With their capacity to work with clients in a collaborative fashion for all stages of the construction process, they can truly offer design and construction input into the full range of commercial, retail, hospitality, health care, entertainment, education and government sectors.

Due to the securing of a number of Health, Retail and Education projects they have identified the need for a Cadet who has had some experience in the building / engineering industry OR at least an understanding of the built environment.

Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to work in all areas of the project working in a rotation through the QA, Document Control, Site Diary and General Duties when assisting the team working onsite or from Head Office.

To be considered for this role applicants should have the following: 

• Ideally 2nd or 3rd year Graduate studying Engineering or Construction Management.
• A passion to develop a career in construction with a basic understanding of the build process.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• An ability to work hard in a cohesive team environment 
• Proficient in the use of MS Office & related construction software.
