The Organisation:
  
Our client live and breathe homebuilding! The Business has several different services that it provides including a massive range of single and double story homes a long with townhouse developments and apartments.

The Role & Responsibilities:
  
This role will be in their projects team which operates separately to their housing division.

• Manage the tendering process.
• Preparation of BOQ’s.
• Take Off’s.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure all budgets and targets are met.
• Comply with all OHS requirement.
• Schedule construction programs.
• Handover of project to construction team.

  
The Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate:

• 3 + years of sales and production estimating with a volume builder OR 1 year working for a medium density / commercial / custom builder involved in tenders;
• Understanding of construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in Layman's terms;
• DataBuild experience is preferred but not essential;
• Effective communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to prioritise, plan and achieve project objectives across multiple concurrent projects.
