My client is a well-established D&C Developer Builder who deliver Commercial and Industrial projects to $20M in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. Due to an increase in live projects, a position now exists for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the site management of projects ranging between $1M and $20M. You will be responsible for conducting toolbox talks, ensuring OH&S and quality standards are met, coordinating trades and working alongside the PM to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations.
You must hold at least 5 years Site Management experience delivering projects up to $10M in value within Melbourne. Trade qualifications in building combined with strong communication and time management skills, attention to detail and an excellent work ethic are essential for this role. You will ideally have previous exposure to the design aspects of projects however this is not essential.
