- Established Builder - 20 years plus and growing.
- Monday to Friday role.
- Dynamic role coordinating trades, suppliers and employees.
This is a family owned Builder / Developer that has been successful residential builder for more than 20 years. It is a large and success team that takes pride in building up to 1000 homes per year at the highest standard to achieve a great quality/cost ratio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Site Supervisors
- Ordering goods and materials for construction.
- Coordinating trades.
- Stock control / purchase orders
- Construction planning
- Co-ordinating quotes
- Basic Estimating
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to Multi-task.
- Previous exposure to residential home building.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to understand construction plans and drawings.
- Ability to communicate effectively with company owners, suppliers and trades.
