ABOUT THE COMPANY.
A bespoke, custom home Builder, with over 15 years industry experience. With an award winning portfolio of unique and prestige projects valued between $800K to $8M. This Builder is renowned for their luxury, bespoke, and architecturally designed homes with high quality of finishes. This company specialises in the construction, addition, renovation and extension of homes in Sydney's Eastern suburbs.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Site Supervisor / Foreman, you will report to the Project Manager. You will commence from the start of a $5M knock/down rebuild of a residential home in Clovelly. The project timeline is 14 months, with the opportunity to move onto another project, due to the strong pipeline in the works. You will be responsible for the overall site, being the first in-charge, looking after the construction program and on-site safety.
DUTIES.
- Manage site safety and WHS
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Implement the construction program
- Conduct inductions and tool box talks
- General first and second fix carpentry
- Read and interpret detailed site plans
- Program and schedule works
- Complete a fortnightly schedule
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Previous experience as a Supervisory on high-end residential homes
- Carpentry Trade
- Track record of delivering end to end luxury home projects
- Ability to lead and coordinate site personnel
- Thorough understanding of WHS and site safety
- Excellent eye for detail and time management skills
