Reddan Property Group is a boutique property development advisory firm delivering full lifecycle property development services including construction advisory and transaction services.
Our Directors were previously commercial builders with over 10 years’ experience prior to becoming consultants. This experience enabled them to perform the role of the builder in the pre-construction phases of development advisory assignments thereby delivering lower construction costs and shorter project durations.
About the role
We offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate person with builder/construction experience to work on large-scale complex projects including feasibilities, concept design strategy, leasing, marketing, sales, design management, construction planning and Contractor management.
Duties & responsibilities
- Plan and resource projects to meet client requirements and business targets
- Lead or participate in projects requiring the incumbent’s skills and expertise
- Manage project consultants and contractors
- Implement and drive improvements to the outlined project management processes
- Ensure that project team members understand and implement project management processes
- Ensure that reports to the management are regular, accurate and timely
- Play an integral role in the delivery of profitable projects
- Enhancement of company brand and reputation with clients and stakeholders
Skills & experience
Following skills are essential:
- Full Australian work rights
- Min 3 years’ but ideally 5+ years’ experience working for a tier 1,2 or 3 builder.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction, Building or Engineering
Desirable:
- Project management experience would be advantageous
- The ability to manage, control and report on project costs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain and develop strong business networks
- A high attention to detail
- A collaborative & team-orientated mindset
