Your new company
A multi award winning local Apartment builder who is quickly becoming one of the most recognisable names in the Tier 3 market. Based in the Inner suburbs, my client has a complete order book of projects taking them into late 2018. The management are previously from Tier 1 backgrounds and over the last 18 months, their office team has doubled in size. Due to recently won tenders, they are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join their team to work on projects valued up to $30M.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- The procurement process, coordinating subcontractors & liaising with the site team.
- Making sure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
- Managing all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, architects and internal staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- Outstanding presentation, leadership and communication skills
- Tertiary qualification relevant to Construction.
- A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Proven track record in delivering both commercial and high end Apartment projects within Australia to the highest level as a leading Project Manager.
