About the role

You will be responsible for all on-site construction activities for Commercial refurb / fitout projects ranging from $500k - $1M  throughout QLD. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope objectives. 

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on-site delivery of projects
• Support the control, administration and delivery of contracts to assist the Project Managers 
• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with Suppliers and Sub-contractors
• Review proposal specifications and drawings
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plans for improvements

Experience:

• 3 or more years as a Construction Site Manager 
• Proven experience exceeding KPIs
• Clear ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders 
• Tertiary or trade qualification is preferred
