We have an excellent opportunity for a progressive Project Manager with a background in retail construction to join an established and well-renowned national commercial Head Contractor.
The company having been operating for over 40 years across Australia. They pride themselves for having a relaxed working environment and strong relationships across varying sectors. The implementation of a new Senior leader from a Tier 1 background will certainly bring growth over the next 12 months, so it is a very exciting time to join then business.
The role will involve:
• Management and leadership for retail and mixed use commercial projects
• Attending client meetings and handling negotiations
• Tendering projects and reviewing scope of works
• Project programming and implementation of construction methodologies
• Tracking and managing the progress of works to ensure completion of projects on time and to budget
To be considered candidates will:
• Have experience working as a Project Manager in retail Construction for a mid to top tier builder
• Ideally be degree educated
• Be an excellent communicator and leader of people
