The Australian business is undergoing a period of exponential growth, following a run of successful PPP, D&C and EPC and O&M tenders in the major transport, renewable energy and building sectors. Bouygues is delivering the NorthConnex, Melbourne Metro and WestConnex projects and a number of large scale Solar Farms across Australia, and has recently acquired a building company to deepen its building capability in the market.

Responsibilities 

• Lead the implementation, adoption and compliance with best practice production processes and procedures; 
• Translate organisational short and long term objectives into a plan for managing the plant; 
• Develop production and preventative maintenance schedules, raw material requirements, systems infrastructure and inventory levels;
• Investigate and implement improvements to processes, productivity, quality, cost control and customer service; 
• Ensure efficient and effective procurement, warehousing and distribution of finished goods; 
• Establish quality standards and controls to produce products in accordance with production plan; 
• Manage production plans to ensure resources and processes are utilised in a way that optimises inventory and facilitates the achievement of sales plans/budgets; 
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve WH&S performance of the business; and 
• Monitor the quality and quantities of products to ensure they are accurately manufactured to grade and specifications.

• Ability to deliver results while developing and driving the performance of a team. 
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. 
• Demonstrated Project Management skills to deliver projects on-time, on-budget and to the required standard
