As part of our commitment to providing an unbeatable customer experience MJH Multi are seeking to employ a highly motivated Service and Warranty Officer to join our Maintenance team in Baulkham hills.
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager this role is responsible for assisting in providing timely after sales service, as required to customers of MJH Multi:
- Co-ordinating the Post-Practical Completion Client Contact program
- Liaising with clients and our Customer Care technicians regarding booking inspections, maintenance service dates and general maintenance requirements
- The input & producing of service requests, purchase orders and exception reports
- Following up service reports and input data and service defects into computer system, as appropriate
- Abiding by company processes and systems
- General administrative duties, including but not limited to scanning, filing and typing.
- Providing Weekly status reports on each project
