Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend water damage, fire damage, sewerage ingress and mould (with training) jobs.
• Perform all areas of mitigation and restoration works as required, including equipment installation and monitoring.
• Liaise with internal office staff, project managers and external clients.
• Prepare and present damage/inspection and inventory lists reports for insurers.
• Complete all necessary job documentation.
• On-call allocation (roster).

Key Selection Criteria:

• Previous experience in hands on, physically demanding roles.
• Background in Restoration water/fire/mould ideal.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Desire to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Proactive nature and good work ethic.
• Physical fitness.
• Must have a valid & clean drivers licence.
• Must have a valid Paid Working with Children Check.
• IICRC course an advantage but not essential.
• White Card essential.
