The Role:

Use your excellent rapport building and customer service skills to help improve the lives of others by offering a free hearing test. We are passionate about what we do and we are looking for likeminded individuals to join the team to help us reach our targets.

With the help of an automatic dialer you will to reach out to potential clients to schedule free hearing tests.  Achieving better hearing is a journey and that journey starts with a phone call from you!

Our Successful candidate will have:

  • At least 6 months outbound call centre experience
  • Proven record reaching targets
  • A passion for customer service, a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Successful candidates must be able to attend a 1 week paid training/induction session from 9AM to 5PM before commencement
